Check out my resume for an example, although there are many ways to do it, and you should have a .doc formatted resume available.

Skills
Start making a list of the skills you already have and a list of skills you think you might want to have. Here are some that may be covered in the intermediate classes:

XML: parsing XML input from web APIs, generating XML output for a web API
Database: PhpMyadmin with MySQL, basic normalization, Object Relational Mapping (ORM)
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design: REST
Version control: Experience with svn and git
Languages: (insert your specialty here) plus exposure to Perl, Ruby, and Python.
MVC Frameworks: Basic training in Ruby on Rails.

Accomplishments you will be able to put on your resumes after the intermediate class:

You can list the classes you’ve taken here. I’d suggest listing the names of the courses (use this semester’s name for the intro class) and that they were taken with EXCO.
Collaborated on a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) web project. It used Ruby on Rails as the user interface service and web API, and Ruby to write a web spider client.
